Hatlena (“we”, “our”) helps families organize household shopping lists across the shops they already use. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices when you use the Hatlena mobile app and website at hatlena.mwjb.net.
Information we collect
Account data (name, email, optional mobile), group membership, shops and items you enter, order and activity history, device identifiers for push notifications, and messages you send through contact forms.
How we use information
To sync lists across your family group, send notifications you enable, improve reliability, respond to support messages, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Data sharing and security
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except when required by law or to operate the service (for example infrastructure providers under contract). Data is encrypted in transit. You can request that your data be deleted.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting us. You can leave a family group at any time in the app.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Please review it when we publish a new version.
