By using Hatlena you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Hatlena is
Hatlena is a family household list tool. It helps you organize requests for shops you already visit. It is not a delivery, marketplace, or payment service and does not send a driver to you.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of shops and items you enter, for who you invite to a group, and for purchases you make in the real world.
Account & availability
Keep your credentials secure. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that a list item will be purchased.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or send unlawful content through contact or support channels.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hatlena and MWJB are not liable for forgotten purchases, shop stock, or indirect damages arising from device or notification failures.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
